Who does the work?
All of the handymen that we send to take care of your home repairs and improvements are employees of our company. We only hire craftspeople that are well-rounded and can handle just about any project in your home. In addition, prior to hiring a new person, they have to pass our background check and skills assessment.
Who provides the materials for my project?
It is completely up to you. If you prefer to purchase your own materials, let us know and we will provide you with a list of what to purchase. If you’d rather leave it to us, we can take care of it for you.
Are you licensed and insured?
We are licensed as a Home Improvement Contractor. Our license number is VH1347055500. We also carry both liability and worker’s compensation insurance to protect you and your home. That means that if one of our worker’s is injured while working at your home OR if there is damage to your property due to work we have done , there is no need for you to file a homeowner’s insurance claim.
Do you offer a warranty?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with the quality of our work. If for whatever reason you are not, we will return to address any issues that you have, no matter how long it takes or how many trips we must make. In addition, all of our work is guaranteed for a full year.
How do you charge?
For smaller projects, we charge by the hour (with a one-hour minimum) and then billing continues in 15 minute increments. For larger projects, we offer fixed estimate pricing so that you know exactly what your project is going to cost.
